1 lb. ground beef
4 onions (med.)
5 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (more if you like it hot)
1/2 bottle (about 7 oz.) ketchup
1 qt. water

Brown ground beef and onions. Add water and rest of ingredients. Let mixture simmer until it thickens, about 1 hour.
