HOT DOG RELISH 
10 green tomatoes (4 c.)
6 green sweet peppers
6 red sweet peppers
4 c. onions
1 med. cabbage (about 4 c.)

Grind the vegetables, add 1/2 cup salt, place in a container and let soak overnight.

In a large pan, place:

4 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 c. water

Heat to a boil and add rinsed and drained vegetables. Simmer three minutes. Put in sterilized jars.
