PICKLE RELISH 
2 qts. ground cucumbers
2 qts. green tomatoes, ground
2 qts. ground cabbage
2 qts. ground onions
1 1/2 qts. vinegar
4 c. sugar
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. turmeric

Soak cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage and onions overnight in 1 cup salt to 1 gallon water. Drain and add vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed, pepper and turmeric.

Bring pickles to good boil. Put in clean jars and seal.

Ground carrots, green and red peppers can also be added.
