PICKLE RELISH 
20 cucumbers (skins on)
6 onions
2 red peppers
2 tbsp. salt
Vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Grind up the cucumbers, onions and red peppers. Add salt and let stand 6 hours. Then drain well. Cover mixture with vinegar and the sugar, mustard seed, celery salt, dry mustard and turmeric. Boil for 20 minutes, stirring. Then put in jars. Makes 10 pints.
