FRENCH SILK PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Melt butter in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3 or 4 minutes until all butter is absorbed. Press onto bottom and sides of 8 inch pie pan. Cool.

FILLING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
2 env. (2 oz.) premelted unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl, blend well. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into hell. Chill 2 hours. If desired, serve with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
