SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. pork & ground veal
1 1/2 c. milk
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. onions, minced
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. shortening

Soak bread crumbs in cream. Mix in meat thoroughly. Stir in other ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Melt shortening in skillet and brown meat balls. When serving, keep warm in a bread warmer. Can freeze for future use.
