SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
4 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. ground pork (lean)
4 sm. onions, chopped fine
1 1/3 c. cracker crumbs (crush fine or soak in milk)
2 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Mix together well. Roll into balls. Bake in oven or fry on the burner.
