SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs (fine)
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped onions
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. nutmeg or cloves

Mix all together, form balls and brown slightly in a large skillet or pan. Remove meat balls from pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 1/4 cup flour.

Dissolve 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cup milk to flour and butter. Add broth and meat balls.

Let simmer 1/2 hour or until meat is cooked. Stir a few times. For more gravy double liquid.
