SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground round steak
1 lb. ground pork steak
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/16 tsp. ginger
1/16 tsp. nutmeg
1/16 tsp. allspice
1/16 tsp. cardamom
1/16 tsp. cloves
1/16 tsp. marjoram
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 c. cream, heated
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine meats, eggs, potatoes, crumbs, brown sugar, salt, milk and spices. Make into small balls and brown. Arrange in baking dish.

Make a sauce by cooking together butter and flour. Add hot cream and season. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Serves 12.
