QUICK SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Combine meat, cheese, soup mix, salt, nutmeg, bread crumbs and 3/4 cup milk. Mix well. Shape into 30 balls. Brown lightly in large skillet, shaking to keep balls round. Cover and cook 30-35 minutes. Remove meat, drain excess fat leaving approximately 1/4 cup.

Blend flour into fat. Stir in 2 cups milk. Cook and stir until gravy thickens. Return meat balls to skillet, cover and cook slowly until heated through (or may bake in the oven).
