SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. crushed white crackers
1/4 c. cream of celery soup
1 egg

Mix all ingredients. Shape into small balls. Fry in small amount of fat, then drain off grease. Add 3/4 cup cream of celery soup to 3/4 cup water. Mix and pour over meatballs and cook on low heat about 20 minutes.

NOTE: Ground turkey may be substituted for ground beef, and egg substitute may be used.
