SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in 1/4 cup fat or salad oil. 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. boiling water 3/4 c. sweet or cultured sour cream

Remove meat and stir flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into fat. Stir in boiling water and sour cream. Return meat to gravy; cook 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
