BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil leaves (opt.)

Dip chicken in milk and egg; coat with crumbs, cheese and basil combination. Place in 13"x9" dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or microwave on High for 18 to 22 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
