BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 boneless chicken breasts, split in half
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. In separate bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt, parsley. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then crumb mixture, coating well. Place in shallow pan and bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
