BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. butter salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. boiling water
1 broiler, cut up
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Parmesan cheese
Chicken bouillon

Skin chicken. Combine oregano, butter salt, paprika, and garlic salt. Sprinkle on chicken. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Dissolve chicken bouillon over; add bouillon. Cook 20 minutes longer. Drain mushrooms. Place on chicken. Sprinkle liberally with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.
