ESCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
12 lg. potatoes
Ham, chunks or slices
Onions, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
18 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. milk

Layer first 3 ingredients in casserole. Simmer soups, sour cream and milk. Pour over top of potatoes and ham and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 2 hours.
