GRANDMA BECKER'S ESCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
About 6 potatoes
Several slices American cheese
Sm. onion, minced
Flour, salt and pepper
Milk

Grease a casserole dish. Slice uncooked potatoes to cover bottom of dish. Cover with pieces of cheese torn up, some onion, a little flour, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue to make layers in this way until you have the amount you wish to make.

Pour milk over all to about halfway up the potatoes. Slice up some more cheese on top and sprinkle Kellogg's corn flake crumbs over all. Bake in 375 degree oven about one hour or until done.
