ESCALLOPED POTATOES WITH PORK CHOPS | |
Potatoes Diced onions Flour Milk or cream mixture Salt Pork chops Peel and slice potatoes (amount needed). Layer potatoes, onions, salt and flour until dish is not quite full. Have milk show through potatoes. Layer number of pork chops on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until potatoes and chops are done. A roaster pan is good for this. |
