ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt

Combine and mix in large bowl. Put in large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and shredded cheese if desired. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
