LISA'S FOOLPROOF YORKSHIRE
PUDDS!!

I guarantee this recipe will be a huge success every time!! My grandmother passed this recipe down to me, she was from the east end of London!!! "Proper English food".

1 mug all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 mug full-fat milk
1/2 mug cold water
beef drippings (or oil)
salt and pepper, to taste

Add flour, salt and pepper into a bowl. Add 3 eggs and milk and beat until creamy. Add the water and beat for a minute or two. Leave to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or so.

Add beef fat or oil to patty tins (like cupcake tins but with a scooped bottom) and put in a VERY HOT oven (425°F or 220°C).

When fat is at "smoking" point, add mixture quickly. Cook for 20 minutes.

Serve with roast beef!

Just use a regular mug -- don't think too much about it!
