CHEESE POTATOES 
10 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes and mash, add cream cheese, sour cream. Put in greased baking dish, season with garlic salt and dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10 and is a great way to prepare potatoes ahead of time for a company dinner.

I have made this the night before, put in refrigerator and baked before serving. Can use microwave on high half the time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
