CRUSTLESS CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1 level tbsp. flour mixed in cup with milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Cream first 3 ingredients together. Add rest and pour into 9 x 13 inch deep pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cake will fall when cooled. Top with canned pie filling of your choice.
