POPPY SEED LOAF 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. each of vanilla, almond, butter flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 2 VERY WELL greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees - until top cracks.
