VEGETARIAN MEAT LOAF 
4 c. cooked brown rice (quite dry)
1/2 c. ground pecans or peanut butter
1 tsp. herbs (basil or thyme)
1 tbsp. dill, caraway, poppy or sesame seeds
1/2 c. milk
1 chopped onion
2 or 3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped green pepper

Starting with the rice, add each ingredient in order given mixing well. Pack mixture in two small oiled tins (or one large pan). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let loaf stand 1/2 hour or more in a warm place before slicing.
