ZUCCHINI LOAF 
1 1/4 c. flour, white or whole wheat
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds

Add dry ingredients to wet. Stir only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Turn into a well greased and floured loaf pan that has been liberally sprinkled with sesame seeds. Sprinkle additional sesame seeds over the batter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then turn out on a rack. Freezes beautifully.
