GROUND TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
4 slices soft white bread, shredded
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dry parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients with hands thoroughly. Place in 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

Bake in 350°F oven, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes.
