ITALIAN APPETIZER LOAF 
1 pkg. frozen white bread dough (usually 3 loaves)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. hard salami or pepperoni
Italian seasoning or oregano
1/4 c. butter, melted
Poppy or sesame seed

Thaw 2 loaves of dough according to directions (can be done in microwave). On floured surface, roll out 1 loaf of dough into approximately 10 x 15 inch rectangle. Brush with butter. Spread 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of meat. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Roll up, starting at long end, seal the ends. Brush with butter and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seed. Make about 12 cuts across roll, about 1 inch deep. Repeat this with second loaf. Let rise about 1 hour in a warm place (warm, but turned off oven is good.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
