EASY CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD | |
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced pull apart 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed 2 med. cucumber, thinly sliced Soak cucumbers in salt water for 1/2 hour, drain and rinse well. Mix all ingredients, cover. Refrigerate 4 hours. Yields 1 serving of 2/3 cup. Equals free food, 19 calories. |
