ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced zucchini, chopped
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. grated Cheddar sharp cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together and pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
