CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & boned (or 3 breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbed, save 1/2 c. crumbs for top

Mix all together with 1 can broth. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
