POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. melted butter (put 1/2 c. in potatoes and 1/4 c. in topping)
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. corn flake crumbs

Defrost potatoes, combine in a large bowl 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, and the rest of ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rest of butter with corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not cover.
