CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick melted butter

Defrost frozen potatoes. Can defrost potatoes in microwave by puncturing bag. Mix sour cream, chicken soup and cubed cheese with potatoes. Place in 13x9 pan.

Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes. Bake 350 degrees, 1 hour 15 minutes. Can double for larger crowds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
