CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE DELUXE 
2 lb. frozen hash browned, thaw 1/2 hour
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. carton sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips

Mix all ingredients except flakes (or chips) together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with the flakes or chips. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 10.
