CHEESE POTATO PUFFS 
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. corn flakes

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 6 cakes or balls and roll in slightly crushed corn flakes. Bake on greased pan at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Make smaller balls for appetizers.
