1/2 sm. onion, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
3 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. processed shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Pour into baking pan. Bake 50 minutes or until the blade of a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve at once. Serves 6.
