BOBBIE'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen diced potatoes (thawed)
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)

TOPPING:

1 c. corn flake crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all of the above. Place in an 8 or 9x12 pan. Spread with the topping mix. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Can be mixed the day before baking if kept refrigerated. Great for pot lucks and parties too.
