HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter

Melt butter; mix with the sour cream, soup and diced onion. Add cheese and then potatoes. Cook in 9 x 13 dish at 375°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
