HASH BROWN AND CORN FLAKE
CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. bag hash browns
2 c. corn flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, grated
2 sticks butter
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Saute 1 stick butter with onion. Mix all ingredients and put in 9"x13" greased dish. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle 1 stick melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
