PORK BAR-B-Q 
5 lb. Boston butt pork roast
1 lg. onion, whole
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 oz.) bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. juice from meat
1/4 c. Heinz 57 Sauce

Cook roast, onion, salt and pepper in crock pot or pressure pan until very tender. When meat is tender, remove from pot; take out bone and onion. Shred meat with fork. Return to crock pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook about 4 hours on lowest temperature of crock pot.
