SNOW PUDDING 
PUDDING:

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 beaten egg white

Make pudding first. When jello starts to jell, add egg white. Now make sauce.

SAUCE:

1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook in double boiler until thickened. Refrigerate sauce. When cool, pour over pudding.
