BEEF JERKY 
1-2 lbs. flank or mock steak, cut into strips
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cut meat into strips. Combine sauce, seasoning and salt in large bowl. Put meat into bowl and coat well. Lay strips on bread pan and bake at 200 degrees for 6 to 8 hours or until dried.
