PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
3 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 white potatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in bottom of pan. Add sliced potatoes and sliced onions. Pour soup over top of onions. Cover pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Yield: 3 servings.
