PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-5 pork chops
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. water

Place pork chops in baking dish. Cut onion into rings over the pork chops. Cut potatoes into slices on top of onions. Mix mushroom soup with water and pour over other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
