DAD'S CASSEROLE 
8 pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
8 med. potatoes
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. onion, chopped

Brown pork chops. Add salt, pepper, soup and 1/2 cup milk to drippings. Mix well. Quarter and slice potatoes. In casserole dish put potatoes, cheese and onion and add pork chops. Repeat layers and pour sauce over all that. Cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
