PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes
3 med. onions
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. Slice potatoes and place in bottom of lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Slice onions and place on top of potatoes. Place pork chops on top of that. Salt and pepper and spread can of undiluted soup over top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. (If you use boneless porkchops, it is good the next day, too!)
