PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN
4 c. popped corn, preferably unsalted
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 c. water

Measure the popcorn and pour it into a large mixing bowl. Put 1/3 cup peanut butter into the smaller of 2 small bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of butter. Put the bowl into a slightly larger bowl.

Pour about 1 or 2 cups of water into a kettle or saucepan. An adult should put the kettle on the stove and turn on the burner. When the water comes to a boil, turn off heat. Pour water in large bowl, so the water level comes 2 inches up the side of bowl.

Let melt. Stir gently. When peanut butter is soft, take bowl out of water. Pour mixture over popcorn. Coat all popcorn. Eat right away or cool for 30 minutes to make it less sticky.
