PEANUT BUTTER - POPCORN CAKE | |
4 qt. popped corn 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts 1 pkg. (7 oz.) plain M&M'S® Keep popcorn hot in 250 degree oven. Mix sugar and syrup in heavy pan. Bring to boil. Boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla and stir. Add 1 1/2 cups peanuts and 1 package plain M&M'S® to popcorn and mix; then add syrup and mix again. Grease angel food or bundt cake pan. Put mix in pan, press firmly and let set for at least 2 hours. Remove and cut with electric or serrated knife. |
