1 head cauliflower
1 1/3 oz. env. sloppy joe seasoning
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk

Cook cauliflower until crisp tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well and spoon into shallow casserole.

Measure 1 tablespoon seasoning mix and combine with bread crumbs and butter.

Combine remaining seasoning mix with sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. Spoon over cauliflower. sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Serves 4-6.
