OVERNIGHT EGG CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 12 slices bread 1 1/3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. diced ham Trim crusts on bread, butter and cube. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning. Layer bread cubes, cheese and ham in 9"x13" glass baking dish. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and cut into squares. |
