OVERNIGHT EGG CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 c. grated cheese
2 slices bread, cubed

Cook sausage. Beat first 4 ingredients. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer cubes, sliced sausage, and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Best recipe! Easy and is devoured every time. A Christmas morning staple. I make two, one sausage, one bacon. This year I added sautéed leeks to the sausage, we will see how it turns out!
